The salary is performance based, 50,000 for OND and 75,000 for HND/BSC. This is not GNLD.

Can you expatiate on the "salary is performance based"? Does that mean it is a target oriented job? Meaning if you don't meet targets you can't get up to 50K or 75K permonth? What if one exceeded target, should it be target-based job, what's in for such a person?
