My sister applied for admission into engineering in one federal university and she was admitted even with D7 and E8 in physics and chemistry consecutively . She was given admission even with that, what i don't understand is the possibility of such admission...

Her score was over 275... And she included awaiting result[ waec gce ] to the application . Is it possible dat dey get to view the score b4 bein posted..
