I want to send people to visit this property and see what you have there. I don't need the structure on it. The structure worth zero naira to me. If I decide to buy it, then I have to crush and level the structure on it. This part of Isheri is waterlogged. I know this area very well and I can send people there in 20 minutes to check it out.
