A 22-year-old law student , Francisca Oteng has emerged Ghana’s youngest parliamentarian in history. Oteng won the Kware East parliamentary seat under the umbrella of the National Patriotic Party (NPP) polling 70,688 votes against the candidate of the ruling NDC who got 1,503 votes.
