According to Taiye Law who shared the story,House of Assembly member in Lagos,Hon. Oladipupo Olorunrinu,instructed his security guard to beat a helpless citizen.He shared the news on Due Process Advocates(DPA) page so that human rights activists will take up the case.Below is what Taiye wrote...

'Please, the pictures show how honourable Oladipupo Olorunrinu of Lagos State house of assembly instructed his Security guard to beat helpless citizen, please this man needs your assistance. You can see the blood coming from his face'

There is nothing honourable in the guy Olorunrinu. He is such a bully. He even recently nearly beat up a political appointee within the premises of the Assembly. He is power drunk. But what beats my imagination is that he is a first timer in the house under PDP. So, he has nothing much to brag about. He just needs his people to talk sense into his head!
