You could argue that there is a big disparity between the rich and poor in the country. That's a good argument. But to say their aren't people who can afford that worth of property in a country like Nigeria is just crude

If for some reason you felt the absolute need to go checked for anything at all or were quite near death, Do not be afraid to drive or take that uber or ambulance just a little further to NAIROBI HOSPITAL where REAL DOCTORS ARE, EQUIPMENT IS AND YOUR MONEY CAN BUY PROFESSIONAL COURTESY( all of which i do not mind)

However if you absolutely need:-
i) someone to be rude to you
ii) a doctor to ask you what you found out on google
iii) total disinterest in finding out what ails you but rather THAT YOUR MEDICAL CARD WORKS (because at that point the consultation fee of 1000bob is extremely important and it is extremely important that they transfer you to a different facility for the CT Scan you asked for not because it is their professional opinion that you need it.

GO to Nairobi Womens Hospital - Hurlinghum branch.It is sad to even imagine somewhere someone would have no options.We need more hospitals and MORE INCENTIVIZED DOCTORS( if that is what it takes to get more than an eye roll as you explaining your predicaments)

Agriculture?? Kenya has stable supply of milk, Kenya is the leading world tea exporter, among the top 3 Horticulture exporters in the world, a big coffee exporter, top 5 flower exporter .....

A serious statistician will tell you in such a case Kenya is way ahead......and this is even considering you chose a ranking where Nigeria performs it's best and Kenya it's worst. Check out this other ranking for instance that has 7 Kenyan universities in the top 100 vis a vis only 6 Nigerian universities.
