The hijab needs an outright ban. It is an attire that only reminds us of the terror and hypocrisy of Islam.
Hijab is a security threat.
When matters touching on Islam comes up compulsive bigots like u show up. I'm not surprise. A bigot is alws a bigot.

They should continue using it.

When people lack intelligence and common sense, they hide it under spirituality.

Religion should not deprive you of basic reasoning.

Then there re soooo many attires thatv shud be banned! The normal hausa free-flowing attire and agbada could very well conceal multiple suicide vests as well. U say it as if hijab is the problem.

Security threat, really? It's you who ooze of hypocrisy. It's hijab and oh! it should be banned because it is a security threat. Oh please come on! We have seen attires belonging to various group being used to perpetrate evil in Nigeria and beyond but there was no call for the ban of those. An example of this is the army uniform being used by armed robbers. The Boko haram male faction do use it too but no call for its ban. I am not advocating for such because it's not of significance.

Banning hijab or whatever will not return peace to Nigeria neither will it eradicate or minimize terrorism. We need to open our minds to better solutions and not hypocritical and bias notions.

What happen if the hijab is banned (which is impossible) and their stupid acts of ignorance and idiocy refuse to cease? Then we keep banning whatever till people go naked?

I hate it when people think it's right for millions to be punished for the sins of tens. This is ungodly and against human conscience.

We need to change our orientation and we need not to let bad people rule our emotions.

Behind this hijab you are defending. So many have died untimely death. Islam needs to teach and re-orient her followers. Islam is not the only religion in the world but no week goes by without hearing attack from Islamic terrorists. In one week we lost Nigerians in Adamawa and Maiduguri. What about mogasdishu and turkey this same week. When I hear people say Islam is peaceful. I doubt unarguably in my heart because that peace is not what her adherents are following. You would also agree with me that this fanatics arise from failed families.

Uve cited cases where people use uniforms to do evil. If u had lost ur love one in Maiduguri or adamawa u won't be saying this. Just this week alone attack from Islamist is just alarming. You were quick to condemn the ban of hijab but not the terror carried out in disguise of it. The reason why people feel they can die for religion is because they have nothing to loose. It is barbaric and all this because of polygamous homes. Parents don't watch over their wards and alot of divorce going on. U talked about unclad. Behind the long hijab so many beautiful nonsense is done with it. Shea u know

The hijabs were used by the prostitutes to conceal their identities in the old testament. The religious hypocrites copied it without the full knowledge of its origin and purpose.
You don't even know your religion well so I will forgive you for this display of ignorance.

If full knowledge of the origin and purpose of something do matter to you, then perhaps you will be of the Christians who don't believe in celebrating birthdays, Christmas, or even in Trinity.

You used copy? You said prostitutes? Perhaps you are of those who think of Mariam (Mary) mother of Isah (Jesus) as a prostitute (God, rectify the affairs of such believers). Even if you haven't read the bible well enough to know virtuous women used the hijab, perhaps the pictorial representations of Mary passed around by your faith should explain things to you about the covering in both old and new testaments.

If old testament is such a bible part you treasure, why detest polygamy? Why embrace Trinity? Or are you of those hypocrites who pick that which suit them in their bible and discard others in their quest for distinguishing God of old testaments from the new testaments?

See brother, I see people who speak ill of others' religious obligations as no different from bokoharam. Bokoharam advocates for their way or no other and anyone who believes in 'mine or none' is in the party of bokoharam and a threat to not just the world but existence itself.

Tolerance I understand means practicing your faith very well without prejudice to that of others. Disobedience to this form of tolerance gave birth to bokoharam although we know there is more to bokoharam than 'religion'.

Most times I just read comments and walk away but once in a while, some courses need to be set straight.

The military uniform is strictly for members of the armed forces. It is illegal for any unauthorised person to wear.
As you opinined above (albeit unwittingly), any criminal caught with military attire is severely dealth with.

The Islamic hijab, burqa and other hypocritical attires worn by moslem filths, do more devastating harm to the society through acts of terror than the unauthorized wearing of military attires. It thus deserves an outright ban due to the myriad of evils and crimes it is worn to conceal.
The issue is just that Moslems see no problem with it because violence and terror is at the core of the Islamic culture and ideology.

Stop contradicting yourself with misplaced, inane analogies.

Genesis 38:14-15

And she put her widow's garments off from her, and covered her with a vail(HIJAB??), and wrapped herself, and sat in an open place, which [is] by the way to Timnath; for she saw that Shelah was grown, and she was not given unto him to wife. When Judah saw her, he thought her [to be] an HARLOT; because she had covered her face.

I understand the acts of those idiots is annoying and destroying families. I will still say this even if I lost a daughter. Bokoharam is a threat to everyone who is not a bokoharam member, this fact we should know. They don't respect tribe, religion or whatever. I may not exactly feel the pain of the bereaved but as human, you will still feel sorry because losing even a pet (animal) hurts not to say a living being. About this, we are on same page. All I am saying is their acts should not be allowed to make us wanna hurt innocent more others.

Polygamous homes? This is your thinking pattern I am seriously not okay with. Mr., the westerners are polygamous too and so are some easterners and southerners (This is undeniable). Even in countries where monogamy is the law, there are criminal and terrorists cases. You need to think clearer. Polygamy or anything is never the Problem, PEOPLE ARE!

Do people do bad things with hijab? Yes, some do. Hijab is not a sign or symbol of perfection although those who use it are expected to do so in truth but in the end, how one wants to live could vary from another and this we cannot help but keep admonishing when we can.

In addition to that dear one, the loopholes of some hijabi girls who indulge in ungodly act is never a yard stick to judge every other girl on hijab. If you belong to one of the Abrahamaic faith (any of the 3), you will agree that truly there is judgement day and on that day, it's everyone to him/herself. So why should we bother about those who aren't sincere in their religious obligations? Personally, I am too busy trying to get better than focus on religious hypocrites. They are answerable to their Lord, not you or me.

So dear, the whole point of our little chat is that we should not let the hateful acts of some minute fools cloud our emotions and judgment.

Every religion has its good, bad, beautiful and ugly ones. We only pray for good to prevail in time soon.

Take care!

Okay dear one. His hatred cannot and will never be able to affect Islam not even an atom size. Best case scenario, he will get consumed by his hate. People who hated themselves believing they hate Islam in even more degree have existed before him. They couldn't do a thing. His part in this century list of haters is inconsequential. I actually do pity such children instead of fighting them. Hahahaha!

Need I say, I only pick people with a likelihood of common sense to reply. I don't reply every insane mentions. I am that busy!
