Fierce Looking Men of the Nigerian Army has stopped the Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike from gaining access into the INEC collation Center for Rivers East senatorial District.


Portharcourt City Local Government Area is the Headquarters of Rivers East Senatorial District and venue of the Senatorial Rerun Collation.

The Governors aides were also not allowed entrance.
