Don't border wasting your time. Bank will not assist you even with the court order. I was scammed of 380k on Olx.com 2014. If the bitcoin is available at very cheap price
If he is in a haste to close the transaction with you
if he is not willing to do escrow or meet you physically
Do proper research before dealing with anyone
Go through this thread from the start to know legit sellers with positive reviews
