How did you learn about Nairaland? For me: There is this guy I know, each time I'm discussing with him, he will be distracted with his phone. Sometimes, he'd be laughing all by himself. I asked him what amuses him with his phone. He replied that it was due to comments from Nairaland. I asked him, Nairaland? What is Nairaland? He then showed me the interface. That was how I registered and became a member. I have since introduced my Sisters and my Mum. They are all registered members. So share with us how you came to know about Nairaland. 3 Likes 3 Shares

Was actually looking for info on something back then in 2013 - can't really remember anyway and I stumbled on nairaland, been addicted since. Though the level of intellectual inputs has reduced, it sure is fun just surfing through comments! 2 Likes 1 Share |

It was a boring sunday afternoon. After the sunday service,I was about to visit naijaloaded site as usual.but due to distractions, I mistakenly clicked on nairaland on the list of websites provided. I wanted to go back but it was too late since the page had aleady loaded. Stil yet,I wanted to go back then I saw a topic that said "majek fashek seen in the streets of lagos"; it was actually a drug related thread. I read through the news, then I began to scroll down. I read the comments posted and I found out two things. 1. The comments from various users were extremely funny. 2. I noticed that the responses from users were very matured too. To cut the long story short,I read through the comments, spent about 2hours on the forum and looked for a way to register as a member. 1 Like 1 Share |
