But MMM is still very much functional. Without doubt, my sister has received her money today and a friend paid to who he was matched to pay. What does this mean? It means MMM is still working, only an extra clause has been added to the system. This panic is because people didnt understand the information well. Your confirmed mavros would now stay for at least 30days before you can GH...not as if MMM is in total pause mode. Read and understand.

And why do you think, it was increased to 30 days? It is simply because, there are too many people asking for help compare to people giving, meaning membership is down big time.

If what you said is true, you better collect and don't reinvest almost everyone will do the same, which will lead to less and less givers and subsequent dearth nail on the system.

The truth is, no reasonable person will still render help on MMM giving these news, that will keep you wondering if the person that you said received help actually got it from a new investment or it a false flag planted by the MMM owners to try to lure others in.

Honorable authorities,

So far MMM has come under a constant attack from you. In this regard, I would like to ask you a few simple questions. Since you are concerned with the interests of millions of your fellow citizens, I hope that you would be so kind to answer them.

1. What are you trying to get? Do you want the MMM System to collapse and millions of people to suffer? Who will support them then if now MMM is their only means of livelihood? Will you? You even don’t pay wages to people? Or might you not care about them? Might you be using a trendy topic to make a good name for yourselves? What will you say to a mother who will have no money to buy food for her child? Will you let her child die for the sake of the higher interests of the economy?

2. You say that MMM is a scam. What is the scam here, if all members are warned in advance about all the risks, the possible and impossible ones? They know there are no investments at all. The warning is a red text on a yellow background placed on most prominent place of the website.

3. You say that MMM is bad. Why? Yes, it produces nothing, but nothing gets out of the country either. The money is just redistributed among the citizens of Nigeria. It gets from those who are richer to poorer ones, in this way restoring social justice. What''''s wrong with that?

4. You have repeatedly stated that "it should be investigated!.. researched!.." It means you know nothing about this System yet; you even haven’t understood how it works. Isn’t it completely irresponsible of you to make all these allegations and play with the lives of millions of ordinary people?

5. And finally. If you know what is right for people, why is the life so bad in the country?

Sincerely yours,

Sergey Mavrodi

P.S. As for your statement that "everything will collapse soon". The system has been working in Nigeria for a year, and according to your estimates, the total number of members now is about 3 million people. In Nigeria the population is approximately 195 million. Can you calculate? Will it be “soon"? :-))

Yours sincerely,
Sergey Mavrodi

Ok son grab a pencil let me educate you.
1 Before throwing insults know what you're talking about.

The origin of April fools day has nothing to do with the month. Actually it was initially called All Fools Day and has its origin from the Roman festival Hilaria and used to be celebrated on New Years day and even between March and May. I would go on and on but this is all the time you get from me. Its obvious intelect wise you are never on my level

TIP: when educated ppl are talking, pipe down or be exposed.

Being in MMM from the onset was about risk taking. So why do you think people won't take risk again which would lead to the death of the scheme? MMM was never for the fain-hearted.

OP, why are you crying more than the bereaved?
And why is everything in Nigeria so different? We are the only specie warped together by the most difficult genes in the entire planet. And for your information, mmm did not pack-up in Nigeria, their action is a strategic step towards salvaging it, just like they did in other countries to safeguard the system.
The last time I checkled mmm SA is still operational, including the one of Zimbabwe despite the egregious online hype about their crashing. Some people are too quicky to draw up conclusions in this country. To the participants, the ball is in your hands to disprove this mockery by not indulging in self destructive tendencies, and bouncing back in January to discredit the pessimists!

I can authoritatively tell you what happened to mmm South Africa of which I'm the only one amongst my friends who did not participate just because I detest any business venture that has to do with uncertainties

MMM S A paused like as it is now in nija only to later issue an apology on the promised date of reopening

Reason :: on the said date because there was already a panic on the air so the request for GH became greater than PH which caused a system failure

so basically, all previous transactions was called so in order to continue you will need to PH again in order to GH as a beginner for those who are still interested in the game

If MMM pulls this off and comes back in January, it will be the biggest financial help anyone has ever rendered to Nigerians.

Afterall, people would have drawn their money, blow it on Christmas celebration and come back broke in January. But if MMM keeps their own end of the bargain in January, school fees, rent, food, etc will be paid. Kudos MMM.

I always believe that every disappointment is a blessing in disguise.

This is just my own little way of helping hundreds of thousands of Nigerians who are presently in a state of uncertainty over their future in MMM.

My explanation might help calm some nerves and prevent some possible suicides, depression or other mental or psychosomatic illnesses as a result of this MMM uncertainty.

This Tool is Credited to Kubler-Ross, a Swiss American Psychiatrist and pioneer of near death Studies.
It talks about the series of emotions experienced after a loss( or imminent loss as is the case of MMM right now) and how to cope.

Stage 0. Shock Stage: Most of MMM participants have passed this stage right now.

Stage 1. DENIAL STAGE : Most of MMM participants are in this stage right now. This stage helps us to survive the loss. In this stage, the world becomes meaningless and overwhelming. Life makes no sense. There is a grace in denial. It is nature’s way of letting in only as much as we can handle. As you accept the reality of the loss and start to ask yourself questions, you are unknowingly beginning the healing process.

Stage 2. ANGER : Most MMM participants will get to this stage by January. Anger is a necessary stage of the healing process. Be willing to feel your anger, even though it may seem endless. The more you truly feel it, the more it will begin to dissipate and the more you will heal.

Stage 3. BARGAINING : At this stage, we want life returned to what it was. We want to go back in time, thinking that 'can I wake up and just realise that this has been a dream ll along'.
If only, If only, if only, If only... The “if onlys” cause us to find fault in ourselves and what we “think” we could have done differently. We may even bargain with the pain. We will do anything not to feel the pain of this loss. We remain in the past, trying to negotiate our way out of the hurt.

Stage 4. DEPRESSION : After bargaining, our attention moves squarely into the present. Empty feelings present themselves. This depressive stage feels as though it will last forever. It’s important to understand that this depression is not a sign of mental illness.

Final Stage 5. ACCEPTANCE : Acceptance is often confused with the notion of being “all right” or “OK” with what has happened. This is not the case. This stage is all about accepting the reality of our loss and accepting that the new reality is the permanent reality. We begin to see how life must continue. We begin to see how we can regain more of our losses even though it might not be as it was supposed to be. We tell ourselves, LIFE CONTINUES.!! HOLLAAAA!!! HURAYYYYY!!!!

Enough already.

It's life. You win some and lose some.

I am no participant of MMM but I've lost so much financially trying to expand my business.

People who cannot take risks always euphoric at the fall of those who can.

They gambled, some lost. End of story!

Investing in economic activities cannot compared with gambling. Even if you incur a loss, you would have learnt something, so it's not likely you'll repeat the same mistake again.

However, gambling is not an economic activity. It is a game of chance with extremely low probability of success. In case of success, rate of return is very high as against the low rate of returns in economic activities. Games of chance are licensed by governments.

Pyramid schemes, such MMM are scams thus fraudulent operations. It is a combination of stupidity and greed that drive it. Only the promoters and early starters would benefit. It cannot stand the test of time unlike gambling and economic activities. After MMM another pyramid scheme would resurrect and gullible Nigerians will embrace it. No government in the world would license a pyramid scheme because it is not sustainable.

It is instructive to note that post does not, in anyway endorse gambling.

We are still here, or you thought we would have committed suicide? sorry that your prayer will not be answered.

You know what amazes me about the whole mmm episode is the way every useless and utterly hopeless Ade, Musa and Ifeanyi turned moral crusader whose sole mission to rescue the "gullible Nigerians from MMM". Shockingly nauseating to see even bloggers, naija betters (!!!) joining the pull MMM down fray.

Some used it to drive traffic to sites, solicit for subscriptions in youtube, even establish new blogs!! Yet in a baffling twisted way of thinking, they felt morally superior believing "they are still better than those marviodians"

With the plethora of issues bedeviling the country, they felt mmm was the most serious issue that threatened our corporate existence, hence the unrelenting, demonic campaign against it, by OP and his ilk.

They waited with baited breath when the inevitable time would come, so that, like the truly wicked souls they are, they could grin with sadistic glee harping "I no tell una? Ntorr!"

One wonders the impact if the energy channeled against mmm was also used against corruption, bad governance, useless AGIP politicians, etc which are actually the main problems with the country.

mmm may or may not have crashed, but it largely served it purpose. It touched many lives on more ways imaginable.

Needless to add, if another such program comes along, I would gladly join
