Doughnut the federal government should do exactly what the kaduna state government is doing bring in the private sector to run their refinery. The federal government needs to sell those refineries in kaduna,warri,PH soonest. Nnpc has no business in refining crude oil leave that to the private sector and just concentrate on been regulators. The proposed 80,000-barrels per day Refinery comes with an Integrated Pipeline to supply Crude from Oil Wells in the Republic of Niger.

With cheap petroluem products .. you wont spend most of your downline on diesel or fuel.
