With the no confirmation of Magu by The Senate, Nigerians are telling The Presidency to SACK MAGU OUTRIGHTLY WITH IGNOMINY and The EFCC to start probing Magu immediately and recover all what he has corruptly enriched himself with. I agree with you but you should know that the approved time frame for acting capacity of EFCC chairman is 6 months and Magu's name has been sent to Senate since July this year, which means if the Senate does not confirm him, then he has to go back to his police work

Prof Sagay has his flaws as you have rightly pointed out, but he is right on this one. The President is permitted by the law to keep Magu in acting capacity for 4years if he so wishes, talk to a lawyer with knowledge on this if in doubt.

Magu, a man who happens to be the acting chairman of Efcc, under whose leadership the agency is vehemently prosecuting the members of the senate for fraud, without even sparing their head, the Chief crook himself, was not confirmed by the senate and you choose to believe that it was because of some fathom security report that only the senate has (no other agency or entity, only the senate) even the ever intrusive press with their retinue of informants at the senate and security agencies are not privy to this DSS damning report and you think a report actually exists? How smart of you.
To also think that the DSS, an agency under the supervision of the President will send a damning report that they have about a nominee of the President to the Senate after the President ignored it in the first place, in our beloved Nigeria shows how lacking in thinking you are.
