You more confused if that's all you can say after reading the piece. But if you think the Senators are with Buhari on the fight against corruption then you are standing on a long thing. The Senate can be purged but this is a war and a war requires strategy. Buhari is a military man that knows about war and strategy.

He started by going after the legislatives and the ex executives. The judiciary frustrated him so he went after the Judiciary. Now that they know there's no much refuge for them in the judiciary again, they're resulting to blackmail.

If saraki does not and up in kirikiri by 2019, then Buhari has failed woefully in his fight against corruption. If Buhari can play that joker by making sure saraki ends up in prison, he will win convincingly come 2019.
