Hello money brokers in d house, pls I'm curious as to why PayPal has a lower exchange rate(I.e to naira) as compared to others such as skrill, neteller n co. Likewise what determines d exchange rate, e.g why is neteller's value higher than that of skrill |

i think the answer is simple. It has been the favorite of all. Can be funded easily even by yourself as compared to others |
