A guy offered to install a reverse camera with mp3 player on my car
Here are the estimates he gave

European: 150,000
Korean: 120,000
Chinese: 70,000

Are these prices fair and does anyone know the difference between them?

From my experience, the max I have seen is 40,000 plus installation.

Fogman is the greatest so far. Bought mine 75k. Installed with 13k. Location owerri

@op I ordered mine (reverse camera with night vision sensor plus 7inches multimedia video/mp3 player) myself from aliexpress at $51!....it's 6months now and working excellently.
