hello guys, please i just got this Camon c9 to my surprise the phone has been heating up unnecessarily when I on the data and increased the screen light a little. I will like to know if this is normal or I need to check somethings on the phone. I will appreciate your response

Try uninstalling some unnneeded apps and check you have the latest version OS on your phone.

If the problem still persists, it's better you take a trip to a CarlCare center near you. You might get it fixed for free, depending on the actual nature of the problem. That's what I did when my Boom J8 was having problems and it's OK now.

You can take it to carlcare or uninstall some apps.

Hello @strongtech2 Kindly send us the following details: Your name, device model, Phone number, IMEI number, and your current location. Or just upload a screenshot of your About Phone page type in the others.
You'll need to Update your device. You can try to Uninstall unnecessary apps & please don't use the device while it's charging. If the problem persists visit the Carlcare Service Centre closest to you for repairs; The sub-board may have to be replaced. You can Book a reservation using the Carlcare App on your device [and give the information required], our contact number(s) and addresses are also in the App; our contact numbers and addresses are in the Carlcare App or let us know your current location, so we can forward a specific address to you.
