Most of these people are in shock, which explains why they are still walking around. Sadly, with this level of burns, I expect them to die within the next couple of weeks from either septicaemia and/or hypovolemia. The chances of them surviving with this much burns (>85%) is very slim, chances might have been improved if this incident happened in a developed country like UK or USA. In these pictures shown, no sign of emergency services like Ambulances anywhere.
