Apologies o but this your question should have been directed at your sibling before his phones were taken from him. There should have been a sort of parental consent, permission or something I guess. If you have any concerns about his safety why not direct them to appropriate quarters. At least you know he is with the EFCC.

The call was to confirm some details about me because during the medicals i noticed a little ish with my state of origin from the list...
