Follow This Instruction Carefully: Go To www.polyibadan.edu.ng. then click on student portal. enter ur jamb number as the clearance number and password. it will display ur profile.

Yeah I encountered that and the person that paid for me only filled the spaces for DOB and the two phone numbers
