Why not tell Biafran governors to rebag and sell to biafrans for 12k too? Afterall one is exporting phantom ugwu and even rice meant to be sold at 9k as advertised few months ago. We have not seen it till date. U are seeing one now, but its rebagged to haters like u.

What exactly is your point? This is a new product in market, more nutritious and cheaper, are the issues facing it now not expected?
What exactly is the scam here? Is it that the rice is not sold for 12k or the rice is non existent? Is this initial rush anf hassles not expected? In b/w we are seeing this happening unlike somr states claiming 9k but only existent in news paper pages like the phantom ugwu exportation. U really need to grow up from this childish senseless hate. whats wrong with them paying via pos? Why cant they go to the designated banks and pay using the regular tellers and collect their rice? I don't understand why people in administration make these things unnecessarily difficult. With a few men of the Nigerian police in the premises they could even collect cash directly and have it sent to the bank at the end of the day. Even a regular market woman would handle this better with much finesse. They need to put young intelligent people into positions to manage some of these things, not all these 1947 way of doing things,government did a good job in the partnership for the production of the rice,its about time we infuse technology into doing things and reap the benefits.
