The catch is that if you earn very high on upwork you can consolidate your funds and withdraw just once. Once you have the money in your dorm account you can withdraw in cash or sell at the prevalent black market rate which is better than these exchangers on Nairaland.com

The requirements are the same for current account. Every other document you need to open a savings account plus 2 referees with current accounts(salary account does not count) in either GTB or another bank.

Once you get these your account will be opened.

I tried the Skrill withdrawal option with 11 dollars. The rate was quite bloody; I got about 290. Na God go punish official rates.

That's probably because you operate a Dorm account that entitles you to make dollar withdrawals. Direct deposit from Skrill to savings account or from Payoneer only entitles one to make Naira withdrawals at the official exchange rate and is therefore devoid of the relatively huge $20 charge. I think if your bank can give you dollars on demand, the dorm option is still the most beneficial option.
