Dear Nairalanders, i heard GLO 4G is now live in Benin City. Please for those that are presently using it, how is the speed and total experience like? |

GLO is the fastest 4G LTE in Nigeria considering the fact that their band & frequency 28(700MGH) is not readily available in all the phones with 4G LTE |

olumzzz:Exactly what I want to say, Glo advertises what's not available, got the 4G Sim and a their 4G enable phone in Warri yet no 4G network. |

olumzzz:Yes that's true, even mtn doesn't work on all 4g enables phone, that's why I said their 4G enable phone, But Benin maybe different but it's not working in Warri that I can confirm |

Truth is, it's very fast from the various locations (Uyo, PH, Agbor, and Eket) I have tested it but the data consumption/burn rate is like 3x that on 3G subscription. To the guy that said 4G is not working in Warri, ensure you have a 4G data plan running on your SIM otherwise it won't work. 2 Likes |
