Bank 1 sensor 2 o2 sensor high voltage issue which indicates rich mixture or faulty sensor .Don't just go ahead to swap o2 sensor yet cos other issue might be responsible :
1.Stuck rich mixture eg stuck open injector,PCV issue,fuel regulator etc
2.O2 sensor wiring issue .

So mech needs to check it.. cos evrytime I scan same code throws up
