If your client forbids you from revealing cost details, then that's a different issue.

Not a big surprise. I have noticed he doesn't respond to most of the enquiries on his thread.
He should realize that his business will get a great boost if he is forthcoming with open and honest responses.

I remember there was a period Spyder was refusing to accept new jobs, because he had a backlog of unfinished projects.

He is good at what he does, though.

But I can see the handiwork of Eastern masons already. That is why a good number of houses in the East look crooked and awkward. Masonry is art and science combined.

. So sorry for the late response I have been busy lately. I will update the details as regards the costs of the project.

The cost for building the carcass of the proposed 6 units of two bedrooms block of flats is seventeen million, one hundred and thirty two thousand nine fifty naira only. (N17,132,950). This cost covers all the works from foundation to parapet stage. Roofing is not inclusive reason being that my client has not decided on the type of roof to be use for the building.

All masonry works on the first floor completed
