Are you sure those banks are not among those that have zeroed the usage of Naira cards for dollars? Even the few that are still doing it have reduced to about $100 per month.

Hi pls I want to verify my account and my friend told me that using any other I'd card asides frm passport might be rejected.I also read in the thread that someone used his birth certificate to get verified.
