if atal you are educated, you should know education and integrity are separate entities.. anyone can get educated but not everyone has integrity.

why VCs, Doctors, Judges too fail in their duties despite the education they went thru.

you need to look beyond paper certificates and see what the individual has to offer.

The best thing for us to do in this country is to stop copying the west hoping it will work here....this public procurement act is just another of those things that won't work...not that the problem is the bill itself...but thinking that a bill will drive our politicians and public office holders to become honest in the sale/acquisition of properties or make them fair and transparent in their award/concession of government contracts...huge lie...abeg,lets talk about what we can do...I ain't a Buhari fan..but abeg..its not his fault...even if the bill is passed into law...we all know why it won't work...you will only end up adding a huge load to the existing work load of the judiciary...I am not happy about it...but at this point in our history...its not we what we should be running after.
