Yes it is the security man apartment which is made up of a room and a kitchen on the first floor while on the ground floor we have generator house and a toilet for the gate man

- If you were to recreate that generator / security building but with a flat roof and none of the fancy brickwork, what would you propose as an overall contract sum in this day and age?

Also to recreate the generator/security house will cost you 3.2 million to 3.5million tentatively
A couple of questions:
