Rubbish!

Dangote was made by govt subsidy under Obasanjo which gave him monopoly to import unfit for consumption rice. It is from there he got a lucrative sugar import monopoly and there his business empire sprang.

Dangote group requires top level govt intervention by providing waivers and necessary policy to ensure his monopoly. The Vaswani brothers who imported rice as well were kicked out of Nigeria to pave where for Dangote and Folawiyo's dominance.

No no no his empire began when his cement was used by every single construction site in Nigeria,

He doesn't need that much wealth inline with the Illuminatis idea of winners takes all, American style.

At this point he should be trying to spread it out by genuinely and sustainably reaching out to the poor and the needie.

Not exactly correct, Dangote has been a key player in the food sub sector of our economy for over three decades and the turning point in the Dangote group was when he evolved from TRADING to MANUFACTURING following his acquisition of Benue Cement Company which he merged with his newly built Obajana Cement to form Dangote Cement and the subsequent listing of this on the Stock exchange across the World.

The man will still get his money back from his new refinary. However, I just wonder how our government will be depending on one man to solve his energy problem . God bless Nigeria! !
