The phrases this corrupt government ministry uses in looting public funds;

- Governance and institutional reforms. Amount to loot: ₦1.9 billion.

- Foreign media PR/ lobby consultancy (to “interact with stakeholders". Amount to loot: ₦100 million.

- Quarterly opinion polls. Amount to loot: ₦100 million.

- Town hall meetings. Amount to loot: ₦270 million.

- Grassroots public enlightenment campaign on government policies and programme (including cost of production of materials and IEC on government achievements). Amount to loot: ₦409, 240,600.

- Ministerial media appearances with influences and analysts on TV, radio, social and print media. Amount to loot: ₦180 million.

- Publicity and advertisements. Amount to loot: ₦192,883,308.

- “Lobby” foreign media, interact with journalists or facilitate the minister’s media appearances with analysts and influences. Amount to loot: ₦100 million.

- Purchase of office furniture and fittings. Amount to loot: ₦4,181,840.

- Purchase of office furniture and equipment. Amount to loot: ₦83.5 million.

- Purchase of motor vehicles. Amount to loot: ₦97.2 million. And another ₦97.1 million for the same item.

It is now official that majority of Nigerians are mentally challenged to let looting (broad-daylight one for that matter!) to continue!!!!!

Join me to appreciate God for His grace and rescue.They attacked me at about 2.30am this morning. They came into my room while I was sleeping. I heard their sound as they moved across the room towards me. As I got up... one of them came at me to attack, I had no choice but to defend myself. I quickly struck. The second one also jumped at me. I couldn't believe what was happening; everything was happening so fast. My brother heard the chaotic sound that was emerging from d room and was wondering what was happening. I eventually hit the second one too; my hands were stained with blood. They laid still and I wondered if they were still alive but when I looked at them on the floor, I found out that one was still moving. I struck again and this time I hit harder with anger. That was how I killed the two mosquitoes!!!

Tell me you are kidding! Over a billion budgeted on nonsensical stuff like media propanganda whilst agriculture, education and other stuff that matters to Nigerians are getting way less budgetary allocation and you are only worried about UTILIZATION of 1 billion to launder this clueless government's image? Lord have mercy.
