Now they want to make a meal from a news coming from Lia Mohammed of all people.

Have they not told this man to be asking other people to speak on his behalf?

Even foreigners don't contact Lai Mohammed, for anything. They rather meet with Garba sehu or Adesina.

I believe this thing did not just start, his predecessor might have done the same.

There is the possibility that this has been going on from the predecessor up to the last man without anything being done against the previous officers, making the looting more brazen from one admin to the other. In that very dept if well probed there are other lesser officers who might have misappropriate a lot of things, cash, buildings, etc; because they will not be privy to such looting and stand looking lost while they too could corner somethings. In fact this type of looting is common in the Ministry of Agriculture. They dont do nothing other than looting of the budget.

So you are believing Lia Mohammed? Think it yourself, which ministry has 40 NEW SUVs that a permanent secretary could easily take without the consent of other staff members? Every government establishment keeps record of its properties and there are DGs, Accountants, Departmental heads, etc.
Nevertheless, it is possible for a permanent secretary to bolt away with the official car assigned to him, but not with 40 brand new cars assigned to the entire ministry.
Let Lai Mohammed mention the ministry if he is sure of what he said. But l know he cannot because it is all propaganda to say that they are fighting corruption.
