While registering theres a column to fill in jamb reg no and exam number... can i submit the application without those number cause jamb registration has not started .

Hello everyone...please I'm interested in NDA buh I have a little problem...I'm short sighted, so I use glasses to enhance my vision...are there any chances of me gaining admission into the academy after all the screening?
