If you are in his shoe what are u goin to do? If he speak against his employer and he lost his job now, how will you help him? That is why I still have great respect for Olusegun Adeniyi. He defended Yardua with decorum and came out with his head high. It is not easy for a seasoned journalist to be the spoke person of any government.

Where have you been recently? Don't you know the media is now the 4th arm of government? One good editorial is good enough to alienate the populace from the president and his policies. E.g data hike, pressure to probe Babachir, drop Magu etc. Come to think of it, why would the president budget billions for communications and media?

PDP rags trying to twist words to suit their evil plans. What the PA said was that since the state governor was on top of the issue, there was no need for buhari to make comments or take action at this time. The governor is the CSO of the state. When it suits us we shout democracy and when it does no we shout dictator. We have issues like this all over the country and you don't expect the president to be doing the job of the governor. It is when the issue is beyond the governor that the president comes in. A case in point is the killing of two people and the burning of a mosque in Enugu. Another case is the Aladja/Ogbeh ijaw crisis in Delta state,

Adesina's appointment was purely political! Not because of what his editorial would have done to burai: that was way out of it.

There is the saying, 'always remember the son/daughter, of whom you are'. I was offered a Ward post, in one of these political parties; but due the fact, I didn't believe in their ideology, neither did I like them, I declined. I may not live in opulence, but I'm happy and have no regrets.
