You are confusing yourself, if indeed he has been removed as the nominee then due process will take it's course, starting by his redeployment from where he came then further actions will be taken from there if indeed he is found wanting.

Mind you his replacement by Buhari might just be to ease the fears of the Senate but anybody nominated will be as resolute as magu was against corruption after all it's not GEJ that will be doing the nomination.

Anyway if the OP was not entirely clueless and possibly brainless, he would realize that investigations must be concluded and charges raised against Magu before he is charged to court, prosecuted and charged if found guilty. Except of course if he is considered a flight risk where he would need to be detained during investigations.

Buhari will not simply and unilaterally jail Magu just to satisfy the throats of wailers who want their pound of flesh after he hunted down their corrupt heroes.

Am very sure this OP is a youth, and we call for youth in leadership......... I weep for the future of this country because of people like d OP. FYI, D presidency and d EFCC has denied that Magu has been removed....

This is just to show u tht these people r just animals, Magu stays as efcc chair, they will insult Buhari, if he is removed, they will insult Buhari, even if he is arrested they will still look for sometyn to say.

I agree with u 100%. It is very apparent that their brains have been so corruptly programmed with corruption that any action taken by the only system determined to reduce corruption to acceptable level is viewed as a threat to their corruption-driven mentality.
Annoyingly, these are the class who prefer to be addressed as youths capable of making meaningful contributions to national decisions, very unfortunate.
But sadly, with them making sizeable portion of the population, we will just be involved in motion without movement.
