is the land swampy? you need 2000 blocks to fence a plot of 50x100 ,Masons won't charge more than #50 per block, that's might be inclusive of labourer if you make a good bargain.

I will tend to agree.

However, OP needs to identify the measurement of the plot (50x100, 60x120, etc), terrain (slope, marsh, etc)

Im actually thinking that instead of doing fence why dont i go ahead and build 2 bedroom bq.

Can i get a break down (at least to the lintel level first)
