Hello NLs,
For close to 9months+, I've been suffering from a chronic waist pain.., I recently discovered that it was caused by sex, what's the remedy for this? I took local herbs, morphines, tramadols, and I've made consultation to a doctor, I was given some drugs, I was relieved a little but to no cure.
Anytime I meet with any of my GFs.., I always experience this occurrence, a pain on my back, below my ribs, and exactly on the waist. I stopped having sex for close to 2months, but each time I do it, the pain re-occurs. Sex is inevitable in one's life for recreation. I observe comfort mostly when I bend, making my forehead touch my knees, but after a while, I can't stand uprightly for 15mins without bending. please house, help me. I'm just 28.

having intimacy does not result to back/waist pain.
but if you insist that your back/waist pain is intimacy induced, then you ain't hitting it right....

Can you get 100% pure honey?
Take 2 spoonfuls before sleeping at night everyday.
In the mornings, first thing before you brush, add 2 spoonfuls of honey to warm water and drink it on empty stomach.
Do these continuously for as long as you can.
If at all you m?st-bate, stop it totally and permanently.
Reduce sugar intake and if possible, altogether replace sugar use with pure honey.
Those pains WILL gradually stop.
