Not necessarily.. We dont know whether Forte Oil even went in for consideration...
I doubt Buhari would have given ConOil.... I dont think he's on that cool terms with Adenuga.... Maybe other reason as to why Adenuga is not on there.
Some of those companies who got approval wont necessarily do the work, they will sub it out or have it taken off them by larger trading companies or oil and gas major players...... The process and system is complicated!

According to ogbonnaya Onu, there will ban on importation of petrol from december 2018, petrol must be refined locally, this importers should key into this opportunity or allow only Dangote to reap the benefit of local refining

Tell them... Rano does his thing quietly, that is why some folks underrate or underestimate him.
He stays at our facility in ABJ for at least 3 or 4 nights in the week when he is here on business, so i know him well....
Salam Alaikum on the regular, even comes into my office and sits in for a chat every now and then!
Very humble and down to earth man.....

What happened to Forte oil? Conoil?
They were active during GEJ era along with capital oil,Oando,Masters,AA Rano

So I guess only the despot in Aso Rock can explain why they're not listed, despite obviously having bigger capacity than most of the pretenders on the list.
Don't be surprised, the pretenders could just be primed to front for some kitchen cabinet cabal

I don't think Capital Oil is into lifting oil.

Capital Oil is into importation, storage and distribution.

Most IOCs are in the upstream sector (exploration, drilling). They delve into midstream (crude lifting/transportation, storage) and downstream (refining, refined products, storage and distribution) as well. Local corporations are mostly in the midstream and downstream sectors.

If you noticed, in upstream and downstream sectors we are still talking about crude oil. But in downstream, we are talking about the "derivatives".

Capital oil is in the downstream sector.

This is very informative as I have been looking for genuine companies that can lift crude international. Pls can somebody help with with the Department in Oando Nig Plc that I can visit to discuss my potential buyers of crude in Spain. I don't know who to meet or how to go about it. It's a very genuine and serious buyer. Your kind response will help alot

Sorry... don't waste your time because they already had clients to supply before the bidding. However if the company in Spain can come in to partner in other project like Gas plant, Power plant. It will be a good step in the right direction.
