my sister I don ask o, even asked a gynae he said its irregular but uncle google said its not irregular that having period with differences of plus or minus 5days isn't far from it.. but I've seen people that their flow comes always dsame time I.e 28days cycle evri time, iz ur cycle like mine too?

thanks dear, me self don chill but atimes its tiring, even the period calculator I have on my phone self don confuse, it calculates based on d average of all my period, I looked and saw 3days to my next period so I tot I was in cd25 as per 28days, only for me to calculate I dey cd 27, d calculator is now using 29days cycle...Godwin!! ooo

I tried vitb6 this cycle that just ended and it made me have no pre-af cramps and also no spotting. This spotting thing made me worry cos it started the month I started actively trying (July last year). I'll continue with the b6 this cycle and I'll try letrozole. I already steadily use pregnacare.

My people, una thank you o. I am not so angry with her. She is a good woman but what I feel is embarrassment at her continual reference to my age and this feeling that she is subtly threatening the future of my marriage.

My dear, the thing was affecting me too for a while, and it seems antibiotics was making it worse, so I had to go natural and up my hygiene.

-pieces and boil garlic, drink the water first and last thing at night. You can also peel about 2 cloves of garlic, puncture it and insert in you vj before bed, hence no show for u or oga.

- change your undies, soak them in hot water with Ariel and bleach, then was. Also sun dry. Place them in a neat bag and if possible iron before wearing.

- wash ur WC often with bleach, sprinkle bleach and harpic and was before using as often as possible.

- reduce ur intake of sugary stuff and carbs, as this bring it back.
- wash ur hand well before touching down there, also make u and oga take a bath before doing the deed, make sure both ur hands are clean before touching things...lol

Drink ginger, lemon in water, green tea etc... Things to detoxify ur system. Avoid sugar like a plague... Hope this helps

Please mommas in the house help me understand something o. After doing fertility tests(me and my husband), they said we're both fine. A friend of mine recommended that i go see one Ijaw woman. Truly as i got to her place and she examined my tummy, she said that i have too much fat in my pelvic region and that my hubby's sperm isn't going through(sorry for TMI!!).. last week when i checked my weight it was 72.5kg and im 5'4 . @curvilicious i can't say if vitex would interact with bitter leaf oh.But since they are both herbs and bitter leaf is taking in the first 8days,you might want to try it.
@fpeter,in addition to what @fruitfulray said,if you are itching,you can do sitz bath and apply coconut oil(the coconut oil stops itching like magic)or the other hand,you can take Diflucan.

Mamas in the house pls help me o.. I'm on 5dpo. I was asked to take clomid from day 2-6, after which i did follicle tracking in days 10 &14. In fact i had to look for a good diagnostic centeron day 14 in Auchi cos i was there for the holidays.The scan guy(can't remember what they are called) said my left follicle was about 29mm*18mm and said i should probably ovulate that night or very early the next morning. By evening the pain on my left side was so much and i presume i may have ovulated that day 14 cos even ovulation kit showed strong positives on day 13 and 14. The issue now is today is my 5dpo and I'm bloated and having very mild cramps and lower back pain. I can't even properly say how it's doing me. It's just very uncomfortable. Pls what could be happening to me I've been like this since morning..

i was diagnosed with an empty gestation sac(anembryonic gestation) also refer to as blighted ovum.
initially my enemy was said to have etopic pregnancy but I was referred to island maternity for a second opinion test that was were it was diagnosed as having anembryonic gestation.my sisters it was easy I cried for like 2days after 10 month of ttc, regorious calculation of ovulation(following d thing from bumper to fender),kpekuing every fertile period atimes husband go use me do shakara dey form am tired,atimes devil go do him own( ovulation period fight go happen btw us after ovulation peace go rain), countless lifting up of legs after wrestling make d thing for flow enter cos I experience sperm flowing out after wrestling alot.
during the period of my BFP my husband treated me like a queen come see emergency love (bringing food for me on bed, asking me not to stress my self to work, me sef go form "am weak I can't cook"
but ave left it all behind,this year have decided to give myself 3month break from TTC abeg,I plan to do my bitterleaf therapy for the 1st month(a cup of bitterleaf juice 1st thing in the morning or last thing at night)and folic acid.
2nd month I will continue the bitterleaf therapy but in combo with folic acid,vitex and vit E
3rd month dem try again.
