So since even in the variants of human laws worldwide all they are trying to do is define their own version of right and wrong then why do we even have these attempts at defining right and wrong in human laws if we all were born to just "live".

Why do all the nations and religions of the world still have this issue of trying to define right and wrong in their own ways? Why do we not just "exist"?

We can not just exist without some form of checks and balances. That is where morality springs up from, because we are social beings who interact with one another.

These so called Natural Disasters help make earth more habitable for advanced life while they also check population . And this supposedly poor or flawed designs have advantages . A popular example is the sickle cell anemia and malaria .

And there is counterexample which is the snowflake which has been described as an impeccable design this counterexample destroys your argument from poor design .

And theistic evolutionists aver that natural selection eliminates supposed flaw design .

2. The lack of belief definition was first suggested by Baron d'Holbach and embellished by George Smith,it has been criticized as false and deceptive

3. For you to be a theist , you have to consciously and explicitly acknowledge God . Since theism is the opposite atheism then you have consciously and explicit reject the existence of God

You have to understand that here's the idea or knowledge of God , I don't agree with it , I refuse to acknowledge such a thing . Then I am now an atheist .
