This is not a hatred towards Glo network. I believe it is high time someone spoke out concerning the injustice of Glo network. I loaded a card of 2k subscribed for data @#500 for 1GB .. It was remaining #1,500 this is aside the bonus gotten from the card loaded. Now i got deducted a #100 and immediately i noticed i called Glo customer care and i was told that it was for facebook notification something i never subscribed for.. I was sent a message which is below ... Message was received through 7018

Dear Customer, Your VAS activated without intent Ref: GLO 1-3091513238 is expected to be resolved within 48 HRS. Glo Unlimited!!!

I waited patiently for the 48HRS to elapse but only for another deduction to take place again this time a #50 deduction.

Please note that we are into recession. N i am speaking out because i believe if #100/#50 is deducted from a million peoples account without their consent that will amount to millions by way of stealing..

Glo is defrauding Nigerians removing money from Nigerians account without any legit reason for doing so, only to end up lying that you subscribed for something you did not subscribe to.

Please Mods i will like this to be moved to Front Page n i will like all who have been affected one way or the other to speak out and Finally i will like the NCC to see this and know that Glo is running a fraud on nigerians

I have been having same experience, they do this deductions for stuff I never subscribed to btw 12am & 6am. I have called them, shouted at them, threatened them, but they would stop for awhile then start again. I already decided to report to NCC when it happens again.

Nothing would be done, call Efcc, NCC, ICPC, Boko haram, CIA, INTERPOL nothing would be done. you wont get a refund and they wont stop stealing your credit. The best thing is to only load credit that would exhaust immediately and leave nothing there.

What i noticed is even if you have 5 naira, they would steal 3 from you for a 1 day subscription you didnt do. if you leave credit in your account, within a week, you will lose close to 70 naira and you wont know, when you call customer care they will say you registered for this and that and its non refundable.

i battled Glo for 6months on the matter, at the last straw i called NCC, who NCC epp, my time was wasted and money wasnt refunded. i have been living with it for close to 2 years now

This is so true....always deducting my credit.its very disappointing cos i really like Glo

All these service providers in Nigeria are too fraudulent ncc needs to wake up

Hmm I can't shout much but judging by wat I have faced from mtn all this service providers aren't to be trusted
