'Are you afraid of the Dark' is far more interesting than 'Master of the Game'... But you need to see 'Sands of Time' by the same Sidney Sheldon. You'll go crazy. It's a stunner! Then if you are someone that loves science fiction, go and get 'Doomsday Conspiracy' by Sidney Sheldon. You'll confirm it's your best book.

Hmm, nice thread. Mine are quite a handful:
(1) Some interesting books that my parents bought for me as a kid-I've refused to dispose of those things, I cherish them a lot because they contributed immensely to what I am today.
(2) Family related photos...like my father's boyhood photos from the 60s. grin

(3) A very pretty Toshiba black and white TV...dad bought it in 1983 and till now, I still kept it somewhere. Well, I might soon have to dispose of it though, just might not be able to continue keeping it-it's not handy at all, like the books and photos that I can easily keep in a bag.
(4) Finally, some item that I think might actually be worth some good money-old coral beads that my dad kept and I also kept them after his death. When he was alive, I think he said the beads were given by a man to his daughter, and when she died, her daughter (the original owner's granddaughter) kept the beads and when that one died, her son (the original owner's great grandson) also kept them. Well, that great grandson was my dad and I am the great great grandson-the 4th generation. So, the beads came from my great great grand father. From my calculation, those beads are definitely far more than 100 years old because my grandmum was born in 1922 and her mum could have been born in or before 1900 but can't be after. Hmm, I think I might just be in possession of something fantastically valuable!
