I think it is more of a strategic move than one of outright pull-out.... Trump is coming in, so you can expect more defunding for the so-called moderate terrorists..You can't fight war without money, so the terrorists are doomed without their Whitehouse funds. As for the other CIA faction on ground in Syria, Russia is taking care of them...

I know the word "nigga" is an offensive word, but when you see blacks like me using it, its not really to spite one another, but tentatively, to show a state of indifference especially against racial abuse from white folks. This was exactly what Peter Abraham talked about in his book (I have forgotten the title now).
