Just In: Chelsea replies Mikel Obi’s emotional farewell


Chelsea has issued an equally touching reply to Mikel Obi’s emotional farewell letter

Mikel Obi had earlier on Friday, January 6, completed moved to Chinese side Tianjin TEDA after spending over 10 years at the English club.

In its response to Mikel’s emotional farewell message, Chelsea wrote: “The 29-year-old is one of a select band of five foreign players in our history to have reached the 300-game landmark – alongside Chelsea greats Petr Cech, Didier Drogba, Branislav Ivanovic and Gianfranco Zola.
