OAU Admission Exercise For
2016/2017 Session Closed
Following several inquiries, the Obafemi Awolowo
University has ended her admission exercise for the
2016/2017 Academic session. This was revealed in an
interaction with the office of the Registrar of the
University and was further confirmed by the Admissions
Office of the institution.
Commenting of the admission process, a representative
of the Registrar’s office disclosed that all admission
lists for the 2016/2017 Academic session had been
released and any candidate whose name had not
appeared on the JAMB admission portal was advised to
register for the next UTME examination in due course.

My attention was drawn to a post posted on a one OAU peepz website which has triggered fear,anxiety, and confusion in the heart of aspirants waiting for the release of the university's suppñementary admission list. The news claimed that the school will no longer release a further admission list. This news or report is FALSE. I will advise aspirants awaiting the admission list to start preparing for the next UTME as they await the next supplementary admission list. The #admin has hereby placed a ban on posts from external websites concerning OAU admission on this platform for the next 3 weeks. Penalty is severe. You shall not be a spectator when others are sharing testimonies in the next admission list...

according to my own understanding if d gce is necoGCE den u r gud to go but if it's waecGCE u r on ur own.......ion mean to scare u pls

Oau accept any olevel result from the following examination body
1. WAEC
2. NECO

I.e either ur olevel result is WAEC may/june or WAEC nov/dec(waec gce) or NECO gce. It will be accepted in OAU for as long it is been conducted by the examination body mentioned above.
Note : any exam conducted by NABTECH is not accepted in OAU.
