Ex Militants Smiling To The Banks As Nigerian Government Pays Stipends by spobabe(op): 1:41pm On Jan 07, 2017
It is authoritative and confirmed that the Nigerian Government has finally bowed to pressure to start paying the Niger Delta Militants. The office of the special adviser to the President and coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme broke the news to the nation.

The amnesty office also revealed a new method of payment to the militants. The militants from now on would be paid directly instead of being paid through their leaders. The office explained that this decision is taken to avoid militants being shortchanged by their leaders as was the case in the past.

The representative of the special Adviser on Amnesty who is the chief of staff in the office of the coordinator of the Amnesty Programme Col Dedis Abel further threw light on what used to transpire in the past as it affects the payment of the militant’s monthly stipends. http://nigerdelstars.com/index.php/2017/01/06/ex-militants-smiling-to-the-banks-as-nigerian-government-pays-stipends/
