For those who are conversant with Google maps, Street view isn't available yet for locations in Lagos, not sure anywhere in Nigeria now for that matter. I was driving this morning and saw this vehicle going through the streets and I knew instantly what it was doing - capturing the view of the streets as it drove round. Streetview for Lagos at least just a matter of time now!
