1.PRESIDENT YAHYA JAHMEH OF GAMBIA;This man has been ruling Gambia for 22 years.He became president in 1994 after a coup and has been ruling since then.He lost to his rival,adama Barrow in the 2016 presidential election and conceded defeat. Only to come out a week later to annulled the election.Despite call from ECOWAS and other African leaders to accept defeat and handover,he has refused to step down.

2.PRESIDEN MOHAMMADU BUHARI OF NIGERIA;This man is notorious for disobeying court orders in his own country.Including ECOWAS court who recently ruled in favour of colonel dasuki rtd and nnamdi kanu for their release in detention. Meanwhile,he travelled recently to Gambia to persuade the president of that country to obey ECOWAS order and handover to his successor when he doesn't obey several court ruling back home because they didn't rule in his favour.
