Okay straight to the point.

I recently purchased Techno w3LTE, all it features and specifications were okay to me. but it doesn't minimize apps, any time i press the home button all running application stop. This problem is really giving me a hard time. pls all the phone gurus should help a brother out.
NOTE:It has a RAM of 1gig, internal memory of 8gig

Just do a factory format

Use
Vol up or down + power key
Press simultaneously for about 5 seconds.

It's most likely an original with a factory defect. Carlcare can sort that out for you

It is simple, the phone can't multitask. Most 1 gig ram tecno phones can't multitask.

have you tried to factory resets the phone
