I need a telesales associate to strictly make calls to our preregistered clients. Qualities Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service Answering questions about products or the company Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Must have excellent written & spoken English communication skills. Exceptional Telesales skills. Proficiency in computers is a must for selection. Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively. Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet targets. Previous Telemarketing experience in the Forex, banking (or related) industry will be given preference. Available to start immediately.
