Etisalat Is Stealing From Customers. by shupy(op): 7:27pm On Jan 10, 2017
Loaded a recharge of N200 few days ago and today, I tried to make a call, only to be told my account balance is low. 5 seconds into the call, my balance was 0 naira. I called their customer service and I was told I subscribed for something I have no idea of. I don't even subscribe for internet service with my etisalat line.
All in all, N100 was returned but I still feel cheated. This kind of behaviour is unethical. It shouldn't be accepted. They've probably deducted airtime for other unsuspecting customers.

#100 wasn't returned they only compensated you for going through that stress.
